Lakshadweepam—meaning “one lakh deepams (lights)”—is a celebrated Kanchipuram heritage weave, brought to life in this luminous sari. The palette offers a subtle contemporary twist: an oatmeal-toned body highlighted with shimmering gold deepam motifs. To add brightness and dimension, we’ve paired gold and silver zari—an interplay we love—seen in the heritage horses and elephants that adorn the rich red border. Finished with the traditional Ada weaving technique, the design gains a refined 3D effect, enhancing the sari’s depth and grandeur.
